Sewbiz and MJP I have started PT for my balance problems. Good news is I’m not in the highest category for fall risk but in the next one below it. Therapist will be sending along 4 or 5 exercises with me to Texas and go from there.

Here’s a second block for TG. The gold on the center is a perfect match with a bit of sparkle. I hope you like it.
I’m going to take a block making break for a few days. Lots of non-quilty projects have popped up so I need to take care of them. Should be back to blocks by next week.
