Someone already said, it but it is Banned in all public places in TN. The exception being any establishment that has a 18 and over only. Such as bars and the like. Then it is up the the establishment.

I love it. Seems so long ago, though it has only been a few years. I could never go back to sharing a room with a smoker. Especially when eating.

It is banned in Ontario Canada and I think in all the other provinces too. It is so nice to be able to have a meal without the terrible smoke smell.

It is banned in all indoor public places in Louisiana, except for bars. They are trying to get that passed. It is so nice to not be bothered by smoke. When I was young and immortal I smoked, so glad I was able to quit several years ago.

In Atlanta, you must choose to designate your establishment a bar and no under 18 allowed. One favorite burger joint has done that, but you know we were just there at lunch and I didn't see anybody smoking. Other then that it's no smoking.

I used to love having to walk *thru* the smoking area to get to the non-smoking, never made any sense to me.

Banned in Arizona. Reminds me of a trip DH & I took to the east coast in 2000. We hated having to go to a restaurant in one of the tobacco states. Food and smoking doesn't work for me.
