    It was wonderful here. I don't remember ever seeing an orange moon before. Maybe they just didn't alert us and we didn't notice.

    i was heading back home to virginia from kentucky when it chose to rise above the mountains of west virginia...
    WOW!
    it was huge...and blood red...amazing sight!

    Oh, my! It was awesome as it came up over the horizon, a little like a cold sun. And when it got high enough to get caught in branches of the trees, the pictures I took with my little camera couldn't do it justice.

    It was incredible! Looked like you could reach up and touch it. A beautiful clear night as usual in far far west Texas.
