    hi david,

I too have been where you are and I also asked for help here on the QB, everyone was so positive and uplifting, I finally four months later am back in my sewing room sewing like I have never before, but it took me awhile to get out of my slump, I was stressed out trying to make everyone around me happy when I myself was not but kept on bearing my smile so no one would know...you do need sunshine and warm weather, I live in mass too and we have had a long hard winter here this year and I am ready for color, tired of brown and white...you will get back into it, it may take you a couple of days or even a couple of months but you will make it back in if you truly love sewing...and if not that is o.k. too....I send you a great big bear (((HUG))) and a smile too 8-) and know you are not alone we are all here for you when you are in need of inspiration, a hug or a smile...take care...and I will ask Mother nature for some nice sunny weather for us...

    Kelley ☺

I had the same criticism. Unfortunately you have to have been in that same place to understand. The good thing is that by the time it does pass we have enough stash and other stuff to kick start any new project!

Well, you do have two cheeks!!! LOL. Hey we got sunshine and up to 50 degrees today. Talk about a mood helper. Just feel better looking outside. Hopefully, the weather is better for you too. Go out and enjoy the sun and birds singing.

I'm in one of those myself right now. Just can't seem to get my lazy butt into the basement and finish something. However, I have had the cross stitching bug and finished quite a few things this past month.

I need 3 charm totes done in 3 weeks so I better get my head out of my you know where soon.

We all need a break now and again, plus my basement is really cold right now.

David, I do not want to work on the quilt at the dinning room table but I do want to start a new project.

I make myself do 3 things everyday. Today - the dentist. Lowes - shutters and now the kittens are napping so I am going to nap. That's three .

I thought getting my FQ and stamp squishy would fire me up, but it did for just a short time. I don't know what is wrong with me :(
    Does anyone have any suggestions?
Maybe a nice stroll around the neighborhood----------stopping to smell whatever is blooming now? Too early for roses!
