    Same here. I have the smallest size crochet hook that I use. I also have a tiny size brush to brush over the hole and work the threads back together.

    After careful examination and trials with the Soft Touch and a tiny crochet hook, I found that the Soft Touch has a thinner hook with a slight edge, so it goes into the fabric like a needle but will tear the fabric easy if you aren't careful. The crochet hook has to be pushed into the fabric as the hook is thicker and rounder.
