Too late in the day for eggs - how about a steak instead?

You know Marsye, I have never eaten eggs benedict, so I cannot say if I like or not, but is sure looks inviting. You must be a great cook! If ever in your neck of the woods, I will use my nose to find you! :)

Marsye, I for one love loose eggs, soft eggs, runny eggs, poached eggs - your Eggs Benedict look absolutely wonderful. They look like a professional chef prepared them. Good job! I would be honored to join you for breakfast. What can I bring? By the way, how did you get the yolks to stand up so nice and high? My poached eggs are usually kind of flat. Maybe mine aren't as fresh as yours?

Did you use Canadian bacon or ham or what?
