You know Marsye, I have never eaten eggs benedict, so I cannot say if I like or not, but is sure looks inviting. You must be a great cook! If ever in your neck of the woods, I will use my nose to find you! :)

Marsye, I for one love loose eggs, soft eggs, runny eggs, poached eggs - your Eggs Benedict look absolutely wonderful. They look like a professional chef prepared them. Good job! I would be honored to join you for breakfast. What can I bring? By the way, how did you get the yolks to stand up so nice and high? My poached eggs are usually kind of flat. Maybe mine aren't as fresh as yours?
