You need to check with a moderator, I think, to get it okayed.

If you are going to do this, be very clear about the rules of the swap. You decide what they are. Then communicate well.

I have been in some swaps. The communication is key. Also, it has seemed that the smaller (limited number of participants) swaps have been easier to manage.

Well from what it looks like you need to contact PatriceJ. The rules are all posted in the member swaps and row/round robin category. From there I am not entirely sure. Thank you for volunteering to host!

I want to swap. I'll watch for the announcement. Is there going to be a theme or can we use anything I Spy?

I will also be watching for the announcement.

As far as theme, I think there was an earlier swap that was just for girls. So I guess you could do for boys, girls, etc.

Think it would be possible to get those who are interested in to do a 30 day turnaround?? two weeks to cut and ship them to me- one week of waiting for all to arrive- one week to rec them back to you guys??

It is more fun to go shopping for novelty fabrics that you really like for the swap than to have to shop for a theme.

A turn around of two weeks would be fine.
