I'm confused...why would you make 27 vs. 24...aren't we doing sets of 12? I am doing 1 set of 12 for sure and maybe a 2nd one if I have the time....but don't hold me to the 2nd set...please.

I can live with Feb 15th if that's what is decided.
This swap was originally posted on Oct 20th so that's almost 4 months start to finish.
I find that some people jump right in at the beginning and get their blocks done and others wait until the last minute to even get started.
I don't think it matters what the deadline is someone will wait and something will come up and they drop out and miss the deadline anyway! :-D
