    Should I feel bad?

I tried to stay within the ten $ limit and I think I did.
I have been watching online to the gifts thats been sent and it seems to me that most of them are more than $10. Mine came this morning and it is beautiful.
A cookbook, a notecard deskset, 3 bags of novelity buttons, 9 fat 1/4s and 1 yard of valentine fabric.
    Thank you, Minister, is beautiful.
OH, I almost forgot a bag of peanut M & M(already ate those).
Will post photo when I get batteries for my camera.

really cute cartoon stamps on the package too.

I don't spend more than the 10.00 but I'm a shop a holic so I have cabinets full of stuff that I buy throughout the year, so I use the swaps to give a way a lot of my "stash" but I don't count it as a part of the ten, because it was stuff I already had (and it's stuff my hubby would love to see leave lol, not that I'm a pack rat or anything)

Most people send fabric from their own stash, buy stuff on sale, send patterns they may have already done or don't know what they bought them for, shop at the dollar store. I'm not saying no one spends more than 10 because I'm sure there is.

If there is any complaining, we will be forced to stop the swaps, so please, PLEASE keep the dollar limit to the amount posted.

    Thanks!
    Suzanne

Let me also add, we can make it stricter that you only send 1 fat quarter, 1 novelty item and 1 sweet. That will keep it under 10.

The mailman brought a wonderful surprise today - from Ginnie6. The package included the current Fons & Porter magazine, some beautiful fat quarters and a Benartex Sample squares packet - all in lovely fall colors.

Thank you, Ginnie6. The material will fill in beautifully with the fall colors in the blocks I'm getting in the monthly block exchange.

    And, here's the photo, too!

What a nice package! Good for you, I love your fabrics.
I love seeing what everyone received, this is such a happy swap.

It wasn't taken as a complaint but it can snowball into one. I've worked really hard to keep this swap going and I don't want it jerked out from under us. It's all good.

    :)
