    Love my 1500s. I have bigger fancier machines, viking and Babylock. But the one I turn to to almost always is the sturdy workhorse, straight stitch 1500s. It is the one that I can do consistent FMQ on.

    Congrats on your B-Day and your DH's present to you. The owner of an LQS near my old house had one and used it alot.

    Wonderful. I had used a only machine from 1969 for years and swore that it was the best. Then I got a new machine....well my words tasted good. You will love it and the ease of sewing. Happy B'day!
