    What a touching story. That quilt is so much more than just a quilt. It is all about love & caring. I am sure he is going to be absolutely "blown away" by your gift.

    That is a wonderful thing that you and your friends did - and it turned out beautiful! I wish your neighbor a full recovery! I like how you called it a Road to Recovery quilt.
