Here is my Mollie... trying to work backwards now that I have the current ones done. Boy, this one was a really complicated PP job! Especially those 4 corner units. They really stretched my brain!

Ladies your blocks are all stunning, I have fallen behind, hubby was out of work since Oct. hand surgery on both hands, went back to work for a week and he's now pulled out his back so off for 2 more, will catch up as soon as I can.

buddy'smom, sorry for the bad luck your husband's had... Hope he is feeling 100% again soon.

JuneBillie, what a pretty block your Monette is! Those fabrics are so pretty together.

I went to my quilting group today and one of the ladies showed a block her daughter had done from the FW 1930's book... only it was a 12" block (and beautiful!). What she had done was print up the templates at 200% to get a 12 block! I thought that was a great idea to tuck away for future reference.

Thanks so much sewbizgirl, he's doing better, just think his body is telling him it's time to retire? He'll be 73 this year and still driving a truck. This does sound like a great ideal, will have to give it a try.

    Thank you sewbizgirl.

Buddy'smom I hope your husband continues to improve. It does make it difficult when those things happen especially as we get older. You will be back when you can.

I almost forgot to say, that is a great thing to keep in mine for the future on enlarging the blocks. I could even imagine doing that and adding some borders and making some really pretty throw pillows.

Monette was a tricky one to decide on fabrics, I thought. The pieces were so little, JuneBillie. It was a hard one. Sewbizgirl, I bet your blocks look so much better in person. Sometimes my camera makes those ziggy lines too, I don't know what it comes from.
