Well as fate would have it I went home from work on Thursday and was all excited to work in my sewing room sorting my stash into the new shelves. I got half of my wish. I worked in my sewing room but not on my stash and shelves. I had water in my sewing room - augh!!!!!! So I had to clean out half of the room into the guest bedroom, and after lots of towels, two fans and a dehumidifier I was able to put the shelves in place Sunday afternoon. I folded for quite some time on Saturday. My shelves are 12 x 12 and I only have a 8.5" and 5" long ruler. So I used the five inch ruler and have lots of pretty stacks. I used my 8.5" ruler on the big pieces, more than 2 yards and stacked those nicely in a dresser that I had mashed full of fabric. I will post pics when I am all done.
