Wow you are really getting pounded. Sorry to hear about your daughters troubles. She will be telling tales about it for the rest of her life. Maybe she needs a "do you remember the storm of 2010?" quilt to cuddle up in.

I have lived in the Bay Area my whole life as have my parents. We had a tornado in San Jose when I was a child that was scary.

I love storms here, with lightning, thunder, the rain pouring like the sky was a sieve. Will pass on your weather, I think though. I like having a roof and house that don't fly.

Sorry Billy, that didn't work for me. When I was pregnant we tried everything. Both of my kids were 3 weeks late!

They like to show you ahead of time who is really the boss! :)

our sirens went off Thursday night but the tornado went south of us. It sounds like it will be a busy summer for storms.

Oh my goodness. I am so glad all are ok on here.

My thoughts and prayers to those who have suffered the rath of this storm.

I am so thankful that my trucker son is home in Colorado tonight (just called me) and not in the areas you are having problems in as he was there all last week working. Praise God!

Stay safe and keep us informed.

Whose up for round two!!!

Yes kids you hearing it right, its at it again!!!!!

There are 2 tornadoes on the ground in Arkansas one of them is heading right for us. My weather radio is going nuts about every 5 or so minutes another warning another tornado.

The local news has had wall to wall weather ever since 11pm last night and they are still going right now. We have had almost 13" of rain at my house since midnight. And it isnt quitting anytime soon since the front stalled over us, they are talking about it doing this until Monday morning.

Billy

Edit lets make it two tornadoes heading towards us right now.....

They shut all of the interstates down in the Nashville area and Jackson TN had 5 deaths related to the storms.
