I have always had good luck with them but there pricing can be a little high on things so you want to compare if you can.

I ordered 3 kinds of pins from Clotlde. One kind was great and the other 2 kinds didn't seem to have sharp points on them. I sent them back and received a refund with no problems.

I've ordered from them for years and bought stuff at the different Expos. Always had great service and great products. The first sewing class I ever took was from Clothide many, many years ago.

my granddaughter works customer service for Clotilde and they are pretty good about sending and if its the wrong thing they make it good right away. I have no trouble with their orders.

I have ordered from them and had no problems. Their turn around time is very fast. I also get there e-mail everyday.
Like to look at the items on sale.
