If your avatar pic is a quilt - please post a bigger pic along with the name and designer of the block. A link to directions you used might be nice as well. I am asking because due to the small size of the avatar pics it is sometimes difficult to pick out all the detail and identify the pattern. Thanks in advance for participating - can't wait to see your pics!!

Mine is called Busy Butterflies, it's by Kerry Thomas and appeared in Patchwork & Stitching Volume 5 No. 8.
I made this for the sheer pleasure of making it after finishing several quilts that had deadlines. It will go to my beloved granddaughter.

Sorry about double posting.

What a neat quilt, I am now inspired to make mine, as I have had this pattern for a year. Thanks for sharing yours.

Here is my avatar, it is from Ricky Tim's Kalidoscope Quilts book, made from scraps. Was not too hard, just had to concentrate on project.

Butterfly Blue,

I have loved your quilt ever since I first saw it. Thank you for the directions. I love the turquoise.
My time is planned for the next few months but I WILL make it.

Thank you.
