We've been to every state with the exception of the Dakotas, Minnesota and Alaska. Those are on our to-do list as soon as DH can travel again. We've been to several European countries and we find the USA and Canada has beauty equivilant to anyplace we have ever been. Can't wait to get on the road again!

I am a retired Navy wife. Lived on both coasts and the Gulf of Mexico. Moved 24 times. Moved another twelve when I was a kid. The only state I haven't really seen is Alaska. I am growing roots in NH and DH is going to play h... to pull me out of here. I don't even want to travel. Had my belly full.

I've been to many places in the world (lived in Panama and Bali) and have been all over quite a bit of the US. However, I have NOT been to all 50 states and have not spent any time in the middle area of the eastern US. I need to get there!!! I know I will see some beautiful country!!

We had planned to do some traveling when DH retired. Now with gas prices so high and fear of bedbugs in hotels........we are sticking close to home. Besides all that, I don't tolerate long car rides very well!
I have tried to "blink" myself there like Samantha or Jeannie could, but my blinker doesn't work!!

I am now 80 but still hope I can see some of the upper Eastern states, My son hopes he will get the job in New Mexico so plan to see that state My kids are really helpful when I come visit them and their wives know also what I enjoy so we get to site see. I haven;t given up yet but its a little harder to get around and they are so good to provide a wheel chair for me.

We always took a vacation in the summer even if it was a long week end. We traveled to about half of the US states and all across Canada and into Mexico. Great memories and so glad we made the trips before DH passed away in '94
