The manager can make decisions about policy that headquarters doesn't care as long as there are no unexplained shortages. The manager is taking her policy won't allow it too literal which indicates a poorly trained employee.

Perhaps your return is taking longer because of all the returns after Christmas. Regardless, I feel awful for you. That's A LOT of money.

In Phoenix we have a Channel on tv that is called 3 on your side. They help you get to the bottom of the problem and most of the time the people get results. Do you have anything like that at your local TV stations. JoAnns does not want this to be on the News.

Try the 'contact us button' on their web site? Offer to talk to the papers if they are not interested in talking to you. The last thing they need in the middle of a buy out is bad press!

Oh, I have not heard anything about JoAnns being sold...too bad about your refund tho - that is a lot of money.
