Good morning Losers, of which I am one!!! Yea!!! Just hopped on the scale and it said 179.8. That gives me a loss for the week of 5.7 pounds. No doubt I will be making a green Quilt. Keep up the good work everybody, naked or not.

Last post for now. I haven't had a Dr Pepper for several days now. I am still headachy but the "dying any minute" feeling is gone. I drank about 3 gallons of unsweet, decaf tea since Friday. It's not Dr. P but it's okay. And I carry water bottles with me everywhere.
So next week I expect some major weight loss. Leave y'all behind to eat my dust. (I don't have a turtle).

I even fell off the wagon and went out with friends for drinks ( maybe it was the slow dancing?/pool playing?) I tried to go up and down our stairs an extra time or two.. (but walking is difficult with my health limitations) DH insists we go out and feast once a week!! ( we are on the same diet)
I am trying to stay with under 1200 cal/per day( lower carb, low fat, lower sodium), lots of portion control... LOTS of water ( maybe it's from all the walking abacking forth to the bathroom to get rid of all that water??), started limiting my Diet Mt Dew to 1 per day( it's my coffee/caffiene fix)if I get hungry, I nibble on popcorn or carrot sticks or low fat/low calorie yogurt( haven't made my own yet) but that is figured into my 1200 cal.
I did get my hair cut... u think??? naaaaaaaa
I'm sure next week will be a slower rate... don't u always loose more right at first... all the water ?
What ever caused the wt loss, I'm tickled pink!!!
