Great job, Bett, I sure hope that I can do that well. Haven't attempted that one yet. I'll admit I'm intimidated by paper piecing. Wish I could watch someone do that block.

    ddrobins1956,
I love my block! I am getting really excited about making my quilt!
I have all my fabrics, washed & ironed for all the blocks & have started cutting pieces. I am antsy to start sewing but I have 2 dozen people coming next Sunday for pumpkin carving & have to wait to sew until after that.

Can't wait for time to work on the blocks, after the wedding in Aug, I have had baby showers to attend( and make things), my mother-in-law passed away, and I am helping my son and dil paint in their house because their baby is due in 3 weeks. I love all the blocks that people have made so far. Hope mine are as nice. I love to be surprised.

Deb, I love all the blocks you made and would be very happy to get any of those!

Bettlove, I love the block you made. I was thinking about maybe doing that for the blue/white star challenge...maybe not after you said how hard it was. I don't have much experience with PP either.

My eye is on the email for the Santa list bebe!!

Sandpat, don't pass on it because it may be hard. I learned alot, even tho I got real frustrated.

Bettlove, I normally don't...its a long time problem with me. I always pick something very challenging when I'm trying to learn to do something..then I'm so stubborn...I never give up until I get it mastered  I guess I just like the "torture learning method"!
