As Quiltease has already pointed out above, Sara Ramirez has done Broadway musical comedy. In fact a few years ago she won the Tony Award for best performance by a supporting actress in a musical. I like her and I like the character of Callie but thought this episode was not good at all. Or maybe not necessary is a better term.

I totally agree! If they just had Callie singing as an out of body experience kind of thing, it would have been fine. But, to have all the surgeons on staff bursting into song was just way too weird for me. I think it was too gimmicky and I am a diehard Grey's fan!

I just wanted to say I agree with Sally's girl. Only Callie should hae been singing, it was like an out of the body exerience, where she couldn't communicate but still had thoughts and feelings. I think it would have been good from that aspect but everyone joining in gave it a totally unreal scenario..I'll still keep watching but no more of these strange ideas, please.
