    Looking at your pics and wondering what type of material you have on the table that it appears you might have cut out an opening for your (black) sewing machine?

    If you'll click on my avatar and go to my profile, then click on my postings- then scroll down to "another homemade sewing table" (or something close to that) I posted how I did that
