April and October, nice temps, less humid. Summer travel is best late May and early June before the summer heat sets in.

Definitely not right now, or August. April, May early June and late Sept and Oct. are best, I think. Watch MN mess this prediction up for me.

Maine is best in the Fall I think. The crowds of tourists have left, the shops in the coastal towns may be running sales and ocean excursions are usually reduced and Maine is beautiful in the Fall.

I noticed that many replied that Fall is the best time to visit their state. Please include Kentucky on that list. But the Fall colors are not the only reason to visit KY in the Fall. Starting the middle of Sept, you will fnd festivals all over the state. One well known is the Court Days in Mt. Sterling. The whole town becomes and 3-day festival. There are many others. Check them out.

I'm going to pinpoint my location since others will answer for the state.....come to Disney World from October to April but do NOT come the week before Thanksgiving, during Easter vacation or the week before and two weeks after Christmas. For the best weather and lowest crowds choose the first two weeks in December. Every inch of the resort is decorated for Christmas and you can walk right into any exhibit, attraction, ride, etc.
No, I don't work there but I do live in Mickey's back yard :-)

Any time except summer is a good time to come to beautiful Arizona. The summer months can be hard to handle for some folks but then as it is always said of our state, "it is a dry heat." Dry or not...it is HOT in the summer, but you are welcome anytime.
