    Lovely quilt and colors, I would just cross stitch in the squares, for a manly quilt.

    lovely quilt. I don't think it's too busy. You've got nice large sqaures you could put a pattern in.

    I agree also. An allover design would add to the quilt without taking away from the fabrics. Pretty quilt.

    In my opinion, stitch in the ditch or simple Xs do not do anything for a quilt. As a man, I simple stippling, med to large, would be fine.

    All over quilting, but something simple. Maybe just loops that look like big "e" and little "e". Or the curves in from each corner of the block. Very nice quilt, he did good picking out the material.
