I usually sleep pretty well, but if I have to work at 6 a.m., I'm up by 4:30 a.m. Most times I'll wake and look at the clock, only to see it's 3:30...Such is life!

PM's are my new friend, I take one b4 2am and can still get up at 6am and go back to bed till 8am. and then sometimes they don't work at all if I get too excieted about the next day. I did a 48 hour day last weekend. sometimes I just can't sleep. After a 48, don't think that I can just dose off at 10pm w/o help, I take 2 PM's, just to be sure, and know that I want to sleep as long as possible. I don't care how many times I wake up, I don't want to get out of bed b4 10am.

I don't get much sleep and sometimes go for several nights without sleep. No naps during the day. I was lucky last week though, I slept every other night. :)
