Sent this D9P to my 37 year old niece, she received it on the 13th and used it constantly until she died on the 18th. We received the news in mid December of her breast cancer returning and just barely got this to her in time for her to enjoy, even for a few days. It is all flannel, no batting, and I tied it with pink pearl cotton. What a blessing to be able to give her something that gave her a tiny bit of comfort in her last days. Very sad.

...thinking each square defines a 'hug'. Beautiful.
