It is quite a relief, isn't it, when that long awaited quilt is finally finished. I had to come up with a pattern for my granddaughter. My mantra during the time I was rushing to get it finished before Christmas was "This quilt is not giving me nightmares. It is giving me insomina". I would go to bed and get up again and try to figure out the next step and how it was going to work out. Kudos to you for doing your own quilting. Very nice job!
