Anastasia , I can see what you mean. Maybe if you would have made the center sections a solid. But that's why we do these right? To learn . If it were me I'd leave these as is but if I planned on using these BOM in a quilt I'd redo these with a change of using a least 1 solid. Good luck.

Mimi................you have a great idea using a solid block in her design of fabric's. I think either way the blocks are beautiful. This is what's so great about the Quilting Board, sharing our idea's with each other. That' how we learn & come to be better at sewing!! Thank you so much for you input.

Anastasia, I really like the way your fabrics seem to melt together. Amazing pattern emerges

I agree. It's just amazing how fabrics "read" when they are cut down. I'm probably going to leave well enough alone in this case.

pbadder.........Wow, your two blocks for January & February have turned out great. I love the fabrics you have selected to put together. You are going to have a beautiful quilt, by the end of the year. Thank you for sharing with all of us today!!

You are getting an update on this thread, because you posted a reply yourself. It's just to let you know that someone else has also posted to the same thread. I hope this answers your question!!
