I think I would like it better if the dots were navy blue. To each his own, right? I would do it to suit myself. You have the final vote.

I don't think it's too bright. I think it's not bright enough!! Such a fun, wonky, goofy Seussish quilt. I love it. I think if the border was a darker color it might set off the block a little better, but hey, I don't see any quilt police around. But I see a lot of bright yellow fun! Great work.

Cat in the Hat uses more of the red and blue BUT the yellow works fine

Looks like Dr Seuss would love it too!! you could bind it with something really far out and it would just add to it.. red is good or green or bright blue.. I love it!
