I never had much of an appetite before all that.
this brought back memories except for the fact that I was the opposite. My 4th son, couldn't eat or didn't want to eat the whole time. I couldn't even finish a hot dog, I lost weight, good thing that I had plenty to lose. As soon as I had him I felt like there was a big empty hole in my tummy. The hospital was amazing and had the largest menu to chose from, I got everything that I could eat at meal times plus anything that could be tucked away in my drawers for in between meals. No one was allowed to visit me without food. It took me 3 days to quit feeling empty.

This is such a funny thread, what a concept. I never ever was sick during either of my 2 pregnancies. Good thing for my first-born she wasn't named for my craving: her name would have been Green Vegetables (& she has green eyes...). If my husband made dinner and didn't make a green vegetable, tried hard to control my temper!

My second, same cravings, and like the first, but especially with the second, I was always so tired, tired, tired. Before she was born I would nap practically all day and an hour before my husband got home, run around starting dinner and tidying up so he wouldn't know how much time I spent on the couch. And I was taking iron supplements. So I guess my second-born would be called "Get Into That Kitchen And Rattle Those Pots And Pans"

My son now 44 would be called watermelon chicken peppers. In the middle of winter I was dying for watermelon, and fried chicken with the hottest peppers. Then when I had them to eat I couldn't stand it.

My son would be either Orange Julius or chocolate eclair and my daughter would be McDonald's (as in French fries)😄😄😄
