    The 2 1/2" square is added to one end of the long strip. Mine are 7 1/2" x 2 1/2".

    I did 25 at one time.

    I will do a picture tutorial on Monday the 27th.

    Love it! Like the use of the square with the floral as a constant. I made a braid with plaids. It was not my best work. the plaid fabrics were too hinky to end on the bias. Probably because they have a looser weave than other cottons. I quilted it within an inch of its life and it was more stable and laid flatter. We are drowning in 2-1/2" strips so your quilt is an inspiration to try another braid.

    Looking forward to this...I had a gal come into the shop using the bias joining tool as her template for the strips...not sure of its length...
