Hi! how is the snow in up state Ny? we just got 10 inches last weekend..I am in michigan!

From way upstate NY on the Canadian border - Plattsburgh - actually grew up in Mooers. Now live in sunny Florida (not sunny today, tho)

I'm 60 miles SE of Buffalo. Our winter hasn't been all that bad for snow. A few storms of 5-10 inches of snow. Mostly we've been really cold. Closer to Lake Erie my in-laws are waste deep, which is why we don't live there any more. :)

I spent the day in Orwell VT yesterday-they do not have snow either! It has been a strange Winter in the weather dept!

School is closed for Winter break this week. I hope to do lots of quilting. GS's are here to spend the week!

Welcome new quilters. I am off to visit a newly opened quilt shop today in Windham, NY. It is about an hour drive. Several friends are going-should be fun.
