I like success way to much to ever begin a project like one of these. I know myself way to well, too. While I am awestricken by those of you who accomplish such feats, I am content if I just get a quilt made for my children and grandchildren in the time alloted to me.

I live in the very moist Southeast Texas area. We've just had rain storms through here, to boot!

I need a few more Diamonds, not to mention the sashings in between, and the bordering - depending of course on the final size I want and on the layout.
Not real firm on those details, just got caught up on the pleasure of making the diamonds!
The original has "more than 5800 pieces" - I'm no where close!

Its predecessor was "In Time of Friendship," an original blue/white version of the Dear Jane.
