Treasure your finds.
I found an old wooden handled spoon with a stainless spoon part for 25 cents at an estate sale in Denver years ago. I love that spoon and think of the person(s) that used it so lovingl all the years. I am alway's on the lookout for more just like it.

You did get a great find. I will look closer at the Goodwill from now on. I love looking in thrift stores. It is interesting at what people donate. My husband said he would rather I not get too interested and bring more things home. I don't usually as I am trying to scale down, but I wouldn't be able to resist fabric.
