I make several batches of fudge. I use the recipe on the marshmallow creme jar and it is no fail. I give these away.
I also make russian tea cakes with pecans and one batch with ground marshcino cherries. We do chex mix also.

My Nanny used to make a cream cheese pastry filled with appricot jam, I make them now. Another favorite is Mexican Wedding Cookies. I will be trying to make these this year with splenda. also ginger snaps.

Christmas baking is a huge part of our family tradition. I remember my great gram, gram and mom during the holidays. I guess its one of those comfort smells, cookies in the oven! I make, mexican wedding cakes (DH favorite), Spritz (son #2 fav), almond puff cookies (DD fav), sugar cookies, hello dolly bars, PB Blossoms, mounds bars, fudge, choc. covered pretzels, ginger snaps, butter cookies, chocolate suprise cookies (one of my favs, lol), Mrs. D's Italian Fig cookies, holiday m and m, and orange cookies.
