Do you have the recipe for the Velveeta Fudge? I have lost my copy and just love it.

I have two favorites; a simple Libby's Pumpkin Pie and a very simple pecan pie. Nothing to making them, and they come out perfect every time. Family goes wild and I can't keep them around long enough so that means there's no waste. In fact, it is almost that time to start making a few more. No problem. I love these two recipes. I use Pet Ritz frozen pie shells in the shallow size.

Velveeta fudge? I'd love to taste that. I've never heard of it.

Has anyone heard of or made Buttermilk Fudge? I had it years ago from my aunt, she lost the recipe and hasn't bothered to make it since. But it is delicious! You can find the recipe online. It sounds gross but it's really good! Nothing like buttermilk at all.

In my family, it's Springerles. These are German cookies made mostly from eggs and powdered sugar, and anise seeds on the bottom. My mother made them every year; now that she's gone, one of my brothers and I are competing to see who can make the best ones, with Dad as the judge.

Are the tea cakes difficult to make?
Cindy, here is a link, I tried to copy over the recipie but it wouldn't go. You'll really love these, they're easy and sorta melts in your mouth! It says to add cinnamon but I never have...that's your option. I'm going to try a photo of them...
