Oh how I miss the snow. Please keep sending all the beautiful pictures. They bring back so many fond memories of when I was a kid and lived northwest of Chicago.I still miss the days of sledding and ice skating with my Dad back when I was 15. Now I'm 60 and still love the snow.

Pretty good photo-shopping, I'm sure.
I love that picture but did you notice that the cars are traveling on the "wrong" side of the road? :-D

Loved it! Had to take time out to shovel but got lots of unexpected time to quilt. No cabin fever here.

As an escapee of all that weather, I can remember very well how you feel. The first few storms are great to catch up on your quilting projects. Then things start getting a little funky and you need an escape, any where if just for part of one day to bring you back in touch with the outside world. That did something to reset my confinment attitude. The one thing that always gave me the greatest hope that I would survive was when The Flower Show came to Boston, MA.

i love being snowed in. there's only one problem: hubbies are snowed in, too, and they always WANT things and NEED things. and they never know where things are. then i wish everything would melt and he could get to town.

Very observant! I didn't see that. Guess it isn't my street after all.

We, in the Pacific North Wet, have had 3 days of sun (and warm temperatures) in a row. Terrifies me thinking what this will mean for us in February! I'm a skeered!

Enjoy your snow. It's 42 degrees celcius outside at the moment so the only thing to do is stay inside, stay cool and quilt!
