    OK, here are my 3 options - light sashing, dark sashing, no sashing...

    light sashing

    There's a lot of lavender in the blocks, have you thought of using a deep purple or a dark green

    Yes, I agree. But my mother selected the colors, and made some blocks and then gave me the strips to finish the blocks up and make it into a quilt. That's why I was contemplating putting the sashing inbetween becuase the blocks don't have a lot of contrast to me...I'm not seeing a nice pattern when they are all mashed together...

    What a beautiful block. Your fabrics are so nice together. I always like sashing but that is my oppinion!
