I cannot find jeans that fit!! Have tried many different brands but no luck. I'm 5', weigh 125#, have a 33" waist and no butt at all - which means they either fit in the waist and the butt bags to the knees or the butt fits but I can't get 'em zipped. I buy mens/boys Lees and Levis but they no longer fit either. Does this mean I have to go polyester .............. please, NO!

I'm with ya! I am about the same size but only a couple inches taller and maybe about 7 more pounds heavier. I buy the Relativity stretch, straight leg, slim fit brand at Elder Beermans. I get a size 10 and don't even have to unzip or unbutton them to put them on. The waist is a little bit big, but fit nice else where.

I'm also a shortie and wear a tight 12 or loose 14, and love the Amanda jeans that I get at Costco. They wash well and last and last, comfortable and you can't ask for much more than that.
Fashionable? Who cares? I'm 78 this month and don't give two hoots in the wind about fashion if it isn't comfy!!

My husband had a special plate made for it to fit on my leather press. It takes me on average 2 days to make a pair of jeans. If I decide to do embroidery it may take 3 days. The down side if jeans fabric went up $3.00 a yard when cotton prices increased! OUCH!!
Great use of your talent

I bought a pair of Gloria Vanderbilt "Amanda" jeans at a Ross store a couple of weeks ago. They fit better than anything I have bought in years.

I used to buy my Levi 512 at Macy's but they have discontinued them. I used to buy Eddie Bauer jeans and they dincontinuted the ones I liked. I bought some nice ones at Coldwater Creek and guess what, right, they discontinued those too. EVERY time I find a pair of jeans I like and the fit is right they discontinue them. They change the styles yearly and it is so frustrating.
