Well since I've been home this evening the KY commercial has been on now 6 times in 2 hours, 4 Kotez commercials, and Alway's with wings, 4 for ED, 3 for a new drug to quit smoking, 2 Trojan commercials, 2 of those stupid fat sponge pocket guys, and last but not least one new one for the morning after pill. Thank god we now DVR most of our shows so I can avoid being subjected to this stuff every single day. I think most of these writers should be fired immediately

The new one's for McDonald's are really annoying me to know end they are trying to fix their "catering to obesity" so they've got these "real moms" to go to the dairy farm and see where the beef and eggs are coming from. Really that really makes me want to feed my children McDonalds. The only thing it does for me is to help me "go" when I'm constipated.

I agree! The medical shows too! No RN or md has time to sit in patients room, have sex in closets ECt! Tv has gotten sad. Then you have all the housewives of........ or the bachelor where the girls plot, sneak and sleep with him! I don't think any has made it long term!! The bachlorette has tho!

That is why I spend a lot of time sewing, with music, rather than TV.

I feel the same about all the commercials. They are disgusting. I was just talking to my husband the other day about the TV shows in general. The things that are on TV, is that what we have lowered ourselves to ?? Can't they come up with any better shows. I usually put Lifetime on (but hate "Dance Mom's"-can't stand Abby) or the History channel. I can't stand sit coms...that background laughing drives me crazy. It's like they are telling us, Oh that's suppose to be funny. Maybe some of us are just getting old ??

And then there are the soaps...what's left of them. It seems everytime I come across one, it is a bedroom, or wherever, scene with what appears to be total nudity. This is daytime t.v. I am totally revolted.

I totally agree with you. I guess that's what sells those shows. It's on all the programs.
There's also a talk show where one of the women just sits and swings her legs to attract attention. It's a news program, too.

What bugs me is the constant "bleeping" - not just from unscripted guests on reality shows, but from the HOSTS - it is their show, they should know they are going to get bleeped out. Are we supposed to think they are cool because they swear?

Even Judge Judy got bleeped the other day - I was shocked!! Can't picture her dropping an F bomb!!
