I am wishing you lots of luck! I bought my first house back in mid March. I had to do alot of renos on it, in fact still doing some, but it's almost finished. I should be completely moved in (if all goes well) next weekend.

Okay, I'm with everyone else, especially Jim's Gem and Butterflywing. I'm already packing for our quilting retreats. Hey, I'm in Colorado, so I could be there within a day. The house looks beautiful, and my prayers are with you that you can accomplish this. How exciting!

The house is beautiful. I am adding my prayers to Sharon's to help you get this dream home. I love some of the suggestions you have gotten on what to do with all the rooms. They all sound good to me.
Please let us all know when U here something.

How long does your Realtor think it will take to get a response? I hope it all goes well in your favor.

*sigh* They chose to go with another buyer. I'm making an offer on another one on Monday. Same neighborhood.

So sorry... keep us posted with the next one,. It can be heart breaking when you get so excited only to have the rug yanked out from under you.
