Lots of prayers for you and the beautiful house. It will be full in no time! Good to work the weekend and not fret.
I too, am a single lady with a large house, and soon there won't be any room for ME I do have some critters, but FABRIC has taken over a couple or 3 rooms! :?

Woo Hoo!!!!! Guess what you first time home owner you- your Government says yahoo too! First time homebuyers tax credit up to $8,000.00! Check it out!!!! Wish I was a title agent in AZ. I'd come and do your closing!

Remember what Mark Twain said- buy real estate, they're not making it anymore.

Congratulations in advance, I've got my fingers crossed for you.

(And I'll add you to my prayer list too)

Barb

WOW....you can do this. My son, who is single, has just bought a three bedroom, two bath, three car garage house in North Austin. He has lived in a two bedroom apartment forever.......so there isn't furniture to fill the house, but he is excited and his new neighbors are very friendly.
It won't take you long to fill up your beautiful new house. :D
