Wow, beautiful home!! What an exciting, nail biting weekend for you :D Maybe rent out a room?? Find someone who is never going to be around, that will do the housework when they are....use the income to buy fabric to fill one of the spare bedrooms :D :wink: :D

Just an FYI if this is a bank owned home it may take quite awhile to hear back. They usually wait until they have their meeting and all the head mortgage employees have to accept the offer.

Also these take longer to close then a normal deal

I dont know why they drag their feet like that but I know when I was selling real estate we always cringed if someone wanted to see a bank repo because it would take so long

But hopefully your bank will be quicker!
