I just finished a red, white and blue 9 patch quilt top yesterday, also working on stack of scrappy log cabin blocks,a mystery quilt and something else that I can't recall right now.

Let me see.... two right now and 2 coming tomorrow for me to quilt. But I also have a tote bag I need to finish for my daughter (was supposed to be her Christmas present), a garment bag, a T-shirt for my Grandaughter with a mustache on it (what's with the mustache rage right now??), matching dress and shorts with a T-shirt for my other Grandtwins. Then I have an order coming for a matching garment bag, tote bag and duffle bag. But the kicker is my machine quit sewing and it's in the shop. Hope to get it back tomorrow. But do you think that stopped me???? NO WAY! I borrowed my neighbor's sewing machine and kept on working! Yes, it is addictive!!!!

After reading these I feel pretty good. Only working on one quilt but spend way to much time on the QB, day dreaming of all the beautiful quilts and reading. Retirement is GOOOD.

It's nice to know that other people have a close relationship with their mail carrier. My carrier pulls in my driveway and honks her horn because all my packages won't fit in my mailbox. One day she was in the driveway and I was grabbing my packages and my husband came out and the UPS driver pulled up with 3 packages and said to my husband 'Take away her credit card'. I wanted to reply 'I don't have a credit card', but I didn't. I pay upfront for all my items. I know better than to have a credit card. I would just charge it up and then have to pay it off. That's no fun!

I have one project going right now, plus quite a few BOMs that are suppose to be done and quite a few I should be working on but none of them are in their correct stages. I look at them and pick them up and think about catching up, but put them down and say 'another day'. I have lots of fabric I have already cut out ready to be sewn together for a quilt. I like to cut and iron a lot. It's crazy, but true. And I have a lot of quilts I haven't even started, so I don't count them. So, I say I only have one. It works for me. Leave me alone! I have to do it this way or I'll go crazy!!! Heh heh

too many to count. maybe 12, maybe 18, maybe more. I don't really want to know. I don't think I could even find them all to be counted.

It's either too many or not enough, depending on how I look at it. I've too many projects that need to be completed by Oct 1, but I don't have enough started to have a good showing for the sale. Also, I have projects started that I want to do but am not obligated to do. and the ones I'm obligated for, I want to do, too. So I think I'll just do paper pieced spring swap blocks and deny I have a problem.

I only ever work on one thing at a time. I fantasize about all the quilts I can make frequently, 'tho!
