Very, very nice, your quilting, and the Trapunto really makes it so beautiful.

Again your work and piece of art is absolutely gorgeous. May I ask was this a kit? you stated that you purchased this at one of your local shops. I would love to find a piece like that and gift to a very special friend, of course I could not do the beautiful quilting you did, because I only have a domestic machine to quilt on, but I would love to have a piece like this if you don't mind sharing the name of the piece, place of purchase and if there might be others similar. Thanks and I know you will truly enjoy this an it's beauty each time you look at it.

No, it wasn't a quilt kit --- or embroidery kit. It was just a flat embroidered piece that I thought could look a little better with some added quilting. There was only one of these pieces available, and it didn't have any tags on it, so I don't know how to tell you how to obtain one like it. I can mention that I have had many people who have asked to buy this one, and as much as I don't want to part with it..... I may be putting it on my blog one day. Still debating with myself.
