Beautiful, mimimaryv! I love that distinctive sashing in your quilt and the uncommon use of a blue background.

i've always wanted to do a dresden plate quilt. do you then hand applique the plate to the background? i think i have read about several ways , but would be interested to do how ladies REALLY DO it and get it done. thx.
