LQS and Joanns are 45 minutes away. Other QS's are 1 hour away

I live in a rural area everythng is at least 30 to 1 hr away in either direction.

17 miles to my favorite LQS. Worth using several indirect main streets to get there, 40 min. trip. Only the busy beltway is somewhat direct if one can put up with the pressure of traffic. Our roads are in the midst of huge construction for Metro extension to Dulles Airport, and then there is adding hot lanes to the beltway. The side roads are prettier and pressure free.
