Finally getting started on this one. Have nine blocks done so far. And have four patches for quite a few more. Am thinking I will do either twenty or twenty four.

Also have some triangles cut for a pastel one too. Going to be using a light/medium green as the constant and probably white on cream as the light. Not sure what size I'm going to do that one.

Bluebonnets love your quilt and your border idea is great.
I'm still struggling along, I was out in the garden trimming clematis back and twisted my left knee, put everything into slow motion
Now I'm Windblu- her- over not Windblown

I know what you mean, my husband granddaughter was only 18 got married without telling any one they struggle to make there bills and now they have two sons to pay for. But the other son belongs to the granddaughters husband not hers. Really don't make since to have children when you know you can't afford them. I guess they will learn....

Thanks everyone! And I sure do love all the quilt tops that are being made....

Bluebonnet: Love that quilt. The colors are great and that border is exceptional. Great work.
Windblown: Sorry to hear about your knee. Hope it heals fast!
What is it about this block? I am almost finished with my second quilt top. Love how versatile it is, so many different looks with the same block.

i know. The block is easy, fun to make, and looks great. I have two quilts and they are so different that it is hard for me to tell that they are so close to each other. It's also really cool that the measurements are memorized and I can make another one w/o checking notes. That boggles my mind. I usually have to check and recheck. Love this mystery!
