This is what I use when I start sewing my binding. The regular black office binder clips. They work great. Those hair thingys never did work for me because I use a rolled binding & is really 'full' when I am sewing.

I have used them in the past, but never really liked them much. I don't use any kind of clips when binding, just an occasional pin to hold a corner.

However, my sister uses the little clips all the time and likes them a lot.

I have them and use them every time I put binding on
a quilt. I just press the binding down and clip with those
pins. Fast and easy...much better than using regular pins.

I bought some and I guess I am just uncoordinated because I kept tangling my thread up under the clips. So I took them off and never used them again.

Pins are my enemy. I love the binding clips.

I use them when hand sewing the final binding. It's great not to get pricked with pens. I only use about 5 of them and keep moving them as I work. One of the tools I wouldn't get rid of.
