Funny story. I had my first one at 50-they found 2 polyps and removed them, I had the unpleasant experience of being awake during the whole thing, they couldn't find a vein and I hate needles in my hand anyway. It wasn't too bad, just a little uncomfortable when they had to put a little more air inside.

This is so cute. I had one and kept my book handy because you don't have time to run back for it. you really don't remember the procedures. I had the endoscopy at the same time. Never knew it happened.

LOLOL Too funny! I had my first colonoscopy this year and what he says is all what I feared.... Fortunately it all was a breeze and not at all what I was afraid it would be....except the "expulsion" part. That's pretty accurate....

Loved that tale. I had my first one a few months ago and I also was surprized it went so fast. I also had a good report.

I know what it feels, but I don't regret it. What I was upset about was they had to knock me out and I did not get to see my insides! Before I was knocked out, they made me face a monitor. I was excited that I would get to see what they are looking at. You may find me weird, but I do want to see what facinates these people when doing colonoscopy.
